Our client manufactures quality generics pharmaceutical products at competitively by continuously improving its products process and adding new products in all therapeutic segments, there by carving out a niche for itself, in the Global Pharma field.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Supporting the development and launch of new products.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 2 year experience ideally in Sales (B2C) or within Healthcare & Life Sciences industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- Experience within Area Sales, New Product Development, would be a strong advantage.
- Experience within Healthcare would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
