The Medical Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets by effectively promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products.


- The role requires extensive knowledge of the products, market, and competition, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion:

- Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about product usage, benefits, and potential side effects.

Sales Achievement:

- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve objectives within a designated territory.

- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize product uptake.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).


- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Science and Pharmacy

Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
