Medical Representative - Startup (2-5 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility
Role: Medical Representative, Doctors Referral Team (Sales), Pan India
Job Description:
- Set monthly target and KPI to push performance according to projected sales plan
- Analyse sales and distribution trend of weight loss market
- Build the database of the doctors/hospital/clinics to expand the network for achieving organizational objective of revenue/referral generation.
- Keep an open communication with marketing and counterparts in order to integrate marketing promotions with Doctors/hospitals
- Do regular market visit to keep track of client needs and to get market information and feedback on competitors- activity
- Study the market & devise the profitable plan to achieve desired sales/referrals from doctors/hospitals/clinics
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key health ambassadors (Doctors) for referrals and sales opportunity
Candidate's profile:
- Should have minimum 2 years of overall experience in relevant field
- Self-driven, self-motivated
- Sales & result oriented
- Should be flexible to travel
- Should have excellent communication
- Should have the ability to build good and quick rapport
- Must be ethical in his/her practices
- Most of all, must be flexible to work in fast paced start-up environment
