Medical Representative - Sales - Pharma (1-2 yrs)

Pharmacy in itself is a living organism having requirements at different fronts : acquisition of new customers, retaining customers, managing inventory, managing suppliers, finances etc.
The Indian pharmaceutical industry is highly fragmented with 6.5lakh retailers and 65000 distributors, unlike the US where there are just 5 major distributors covering 93% of the market share. We aim to streamline this supply chain by being a single distribution point and empower these 6.5lakh micro-entrepreneurs with technology and sustainability.
What We are looking?
- Experience: Candidate should have 1+ Years of Experience
- Language: Fluent in English + Local language
- Basic Computer Skills and Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building relations with the doctors, implementing strategies and building brands
- Calling on Doctors with predetermined frequency to promote, discuss, remind, and sample pharmaceutical brands of the company in the assigned territory - Submission of Daily Reports giving details of day's work
- Increasing Market share by ensuring maximum Doctor Conversion during field visits.
- Focusing on Conversion, Target Achievement and Root cause identification for non-achievement of targets
- Responsible for building relations with Pharmacies and the Hospital Medical Team.
- Meeting retail chemists to make sure that the brands are easily available - Should have good experience in Scientific / Medical promotions, launching new products
