Medical Professional - Pharma (1-7 yrs)
The Medical Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets by effectively promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products. The role requires extensive knowledge of the products, market, and competition, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Product Promotion :
- Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about product usage, benefits, and potential side effects.
2. Sales Achievement :
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve objectives within a designated territory.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize product uptake.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research:
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and product performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
5. Compliance and Documentation :
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
