MediaQart - Sales Representative (2-6 yrs)

MediaQart is seeking a Sales Representative to join our sales team in Mumbai. This position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales team by securing appointments for outside sellers. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, contacts, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Responsibilities:

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel

- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and work with multiple sales team members to cultivate prospect lists

- High volume calling with end-goal to set appointments for AE meetings

- Ability to learn about various products, and display and share this knowledge in a confident manner

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- Excellent selling, communication, prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

- Deep understanding of outbound prospecting, including script development, target account management, call coaching, email writing, and usage of social media in prospecting and securing appointments.

- Have an understanding of business relationships and how to develop healthy client relations

- Have a willingness to follow through to see that every customer receives their product and is satisfied with the outcome.

- Manage data for new and prospective customers within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

- 2 -3 years of experience in a sales position

- You- ve mastered the art of the cold open, have developed skills for overcoming objections, and have a healthy approach to handling rejection

- Capable of making 100+ phone calls and scheduling 7-10 appointments daily

- Ability to work effective as part of a team and independently.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure.

- Ability to effectively solve problems.

- Creative and able to adapt quickly to change.

- Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management.

- Familiar with SEO, SEM, Social Media, targeted display, mobile and video marketing strategies

- Proven track record of exceeding expectations

- A results-oriented team player.
