Media Sales Role (3-4 yrs)
Job Brief: We are seeking a talented Media Sales Representative to sell advertising space across various media platforms. This includes identifying potential clients, creating sales pitches, maintaining client accounts, and often collaborating with creative and production teams. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of media trends, a keen eye for attractive advertising opportunities, and exceptional customer service skills. Ultimately, the Media Sales Representative should be able to effectively promote our brand, increase sales, and maintain good client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new business opportunities.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets.
- Keep updated on the latest trends and innovations in the media industry.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of advertisements.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment collection.
- Provide feedback and market information to the management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of media trends and advertising opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of resilience and adaptability.
Experience Required :- 3 to 4 years
