Job Description :
- Understand client's media requirements, formulate strategies and propose the best solutions
- Thorough knowledge of the media marketplace and opportunities available
- Simplify media brief for various teams to deliver the exact client ask
- Develop media plans across mediums post media brief mining and other data analysis
- Industry tools knowledge & usage - BARC, Comscore, Nielsen etc
- Excellent negotiation skills to cut the best deals with publishers
- Should have great working relationship with various publishers/networks
- Meticulous process & execution management
- Provide channel evaluation, competition analysis & other operational reports.
- Well versed with latest trends in media & advertising industry
- Act as a liaison between various internal teams & with Client to ensure smooth campaign deliveries
- Rich understanding of creative & ad formats/unit performance, across various RTB/Fix buy/Programmatic channels
- Digital/Performance marketing agency experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Develop integrated digital media strategies.

- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Should have great working relationship with various publishers/networks
- Coordinate the implementation of digital media plans.
- Create and manage digital campaign budgets.
- Negotiate and purchase digital advertising space.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
- Track digital campaign performance.
- Well versed with latest trends in media & advertising industry
- Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations.
- Rich understanding of creative & ad formats/unit performance, across various RTB/Fix buy/Programmatic channels
- Monitor market trends and identify new digital opportunities.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or advertising.
- Digital/Performance marketing agency experience is required
- Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology, including Google Analytics.
- Deep knowledge of paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Organizational and time management skills.
