Profile Under Consideration: Senior Business Development Position:

Position Expectations:

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers via, telephone calls and emails.

- Team handling, team motivation and team target responsibility.

- Making accurate, cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.

- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.

- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

- Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
