Media Manager - Traditional Media (4-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Needs to work on media brief and create media plans (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor and Events) for the business.
- Monitor the ongoing campaigns and optimizing the same.
- Work around multimedia and integrated media solutions for brands, as well as business in close association with key media partners, agency and brand team.
- The candidate should be able to build, manage, track and evaluate media plans for the business.
- Identify new multimedia synergies and opportunities to reach consumers more effectively.
- Work closely across all verticals to ensure focus on media processes and successful implementation of all media plans.
- Responsible for understanding client's marketing objectives/goals and agency deliverables
- Should have the capability to design integrated 3600 campaigns
- Maximize planning efficiency through innovative channel mix
- Selling, Planning & Implementing all the required Ideas / Integration / Innovation / Regular Plans / Launch Plans / Properties across mediums to the client.
- Should be enthusiast in data mining to arrive at media platform and innovations
- Will spearhead all the key businesses of the company
- Monitor competitor activities & devise clients strategies to add maximum value to their media budget.
Skills Required:
- The candidate should have at least 4+ years of media planning experience, in one of the leading media agency houses. Should have worked extensively on TV and print; handled multi media campaigns
- Good communication skills - for client interface
- Ideal candidate should be from Media Planning and Strategy background.
- Result oriented approach and good communication skills are must
- Knowledge of one or more among BARC, TAM, TGI, IRS, RAM
