Medi Assist - Manager - Corporate Sales (5-10 yrs)
Develop a strategy to maximize revenue through Corporate Sales, Broker & Insurance Relations.
- To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales through the appropriate medium.
- Maintain structured database, develop data for future use.
- Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
- Business acquisition through channel of Brokers, Insurance and corporate channels.
- Ensure that all communications with corporate customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards to ensure service standards.
- Liaise with the rest of the team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads from channel of Brokers, Corporate & Insurance Companies.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Substantial People management/ Leadership experience required.
- Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management.
