Medhavi Foundation - Manager - Marketing & Brand Communication (6-8 yrs)
Overview of the Role :
- We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals who shall be responsible for development of branding/ marketing collateral for developing internal and external communications and marketing strategies of the programmes offered under the Medhavi umbrella. The individual shall extensively liaise with media and stakeholders to help the brand gain exposure in local, national and international acquaintances.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Master's Degree preferably in Marketing, Media, Mass Communications or Journalism from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in promotion of product/ services, branding strategy, communication development, digital and brand activation and project management
- Familiarity or experience working with CRM software is an asset
- Hands-on practice and application skills on recent Industry trends and technology are a must
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design creative marketing collaterals and communications, campaigns and strategies, and monitor their progress
- Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure programme milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget
- Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure consistent visibility in websites, print media and social media and other online portal
- Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including segmentation, targeting, and positioning while personalization of messages and measurability, data analysis and beneficiaries- profiling
- Deliver brand creation of university programmes and amplify to the higher reach
- Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
- Constant eye on enrolment numbers through admission portal and other supporting medias
- Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale
- Represent the university at events, press conferences, print media and internet
- Reach out to influencers, media and beyond, in order to arrange story placement on a national and global level
- Ensure the brand meets expectations through monitoring marketing trends and partner and stakeholders- feedback
Key Competencies :
- Excellent understanding of marketing tools and techniques to increase the visibility, profile and reputation of an organization
- Good understanding of social media and the impact technology is having on communications and collaboration
- Strategic and creative thinker with proven experience of working on diverse and wide- ranging communication strategies including all forms of media
- Ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with a range of people (both internally and externally)
- Experience of representing an organization at external event
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills with creative mindset
