We are seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our PAN India reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build a good brands that help make everyday activities easier for people statewide/ countrywide. Job Description :
- Generating leads of the prospective students for enrollment to the distance learning program by conducting seminars, campaigns, and reach to the targeted groups for the business development.
- Advises students in the development of an academic plan of study.
- Provides students with information about alternatives, limitations, and possible consequences of academic decisions.
- Responsible for programmatic counseling of students who are having difficulties in their present program
- Learns and remains knowledgeable about student support services and make appropriate referrals.
- Actively involved in student retention efforts
- Assists with University registration and new student orientation.
- Communicates with students both in-person as well as online and via phone or another medium as required
- Facilitates Career Options Workshops.
- Strong commitment to diversity or experience with non-traditional students
- Conducts all work in a safe manner and all work safety practices are followed.
Preferred background
- MBA freshers
- Bachelor's with minimum 2 years of experience in the sales & marketing field.
- Prior experience in relevant field preferred.
