Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive monthly sales target
- Analyse data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through customer research
- Present services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events (Medical Camp/LSMP) to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Prepare and submit reports to the Country Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales in Healthcare/Hospital industry
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Education, Skills & Experience:-
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in Business or related field required
- Understanding of sales systems and consultative selling techniques
- Understading of supply chain, product development, marketing in Healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to look beyond the presenting issue to solve the real problem
- Ability to scope work and plan projects to achieve results
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of customer/consumer insights, channel and category management
- Solid Microsoft office application skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Familiarity with, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and efficiently use Salesforce and/or similar reporting, tracking and mining tools
- Strong customer centricity
