At Medfin, We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Category Manager to help us build up our business activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Category Manager role is for someone who will own the operations and sales PAN India.

We are looking for a seasoned category manager who has experience in dealing with people, building supply, and managing a large team. Candidates for this role need a deep understanding in setting processes for day-to-day operations and having the ability to learn from and with our key stakeholders.

As part of your role, we will be expecting you to:

- Set processes for each city and ensure they are being followed at the customer facing level

- Be available 24/7 to handle any queries from the city manager

- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

- Helping the city manager build supply of doctors and hospitals and growing the Medfin network.

- Ensuring high standards of operational excellence from all team members

What You'll Bring to the Team

- MBA degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations and sales

- Penchant for numbers; Attention to details

- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management including Senior leadership

- Ability to influence without authority and bias for action

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

- Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills

- Be a self-starter
