MEDdelivery - Manager - Sales (3-10 yrs)
KRA :
1) In charge of onboarding clients across assigned territory for MEDdelivery
2) Managing team of RM. FOS to drive revenue for company
3) Launching new cities as per the plan
4) Ensuring monthly target achievement in terms on acquisition, retention and engagement.
5) Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
6) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
7) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
8) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
