Medall - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Description of Sales Executive:
- A hunter, a go getter, with a good track record
- To bring new business by meeting various doctors and ability to grow revenue per centre, per customer.
- To build strong business relationship with Franchisees, Doctors and corporates clients
- Should have the capability to build a team and collaborate with other stakeholders and achieve the targets.
- Focus in retaining existing doctor business by motivating sales team.
- Making appointments to see existing and potential doctors
- Presenting products to doctors and other clients to persuading clients to refer Medall for all diagnostic purpose
- Tracking and meeting of weekly monthly Sales achievements and targets of the sales team
- DVL management (Doctors visit log) and keeping records and present to reporting authority
- Good team player and as well as ability to work independently.
- Communication skills should be self-confidence and have a good executive presence.
- Engage with corporate customers /TPAs to increase the market share by providing the customized healthcare services.
- Optimistic by nature and not put off by setbacks and willing to accept the constructive criticism.
- Reporting information back to headquarters / corporate office about doctors / customer needs
Desirable candidate :
- Sales candidate should have experience in Healthcare / Lab / Diagnostics / Pharma industry.
- Lab to lab sales experience is an added advantage.
- DVL sales are also added advantage.
