Role and responsibility :
- Strategic planning to manage a broad portfolio of existing products through the entire product life cycle.
- To maintain exist clients demand and lead generation
- New Product Development according to the market & customer need
- Financial Focus to Build Brands under the capped budgets
- Product is Air filter, Duct, PID
- Developing product definitions and solution plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share.
- Evaluating business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through an in-depth understanding of target markets, market trends, customer business issues, and the competitive environment.
- Collaborating with customers and third parties to define requirements for new products or extensions to existing products
- Work closely with customers and field teams to validate early product definitions and Value Propositions
- Analyze the customer behavior data to assess the engagement levels and design solutions to reduce the customer churn
- Assist in development of annual operating plans for Sales, Upsell and Customer Retention
- Identify potential markets, launch new products, driving market share.
- Demonstrating & understanding the business and its customers.
- Well versed with the Pharma industry, hospital industry, sometime commercial also.
- Regular coordination with Business Stakeholders and initiate new processes of product enhancement as per the market standards
- Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.
- Good Communication skill
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Budget closure and Target allocation to business.
