Meander Software - Manager - Business Development - US RPO (1-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Identifying new sales leads

- Experience sales & in RPO.

- Responsible for cold calling, lead generation and contract closures for different verticals of RPO

- Responsible for New Business for End to End cycle recruitment, Sourcing and Bench Marketing also.

- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new market.

- Conceptualizing & implementing strategies for acquiring business from clients and effectively using existing accounts to reach targeted sales numbers

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations

- Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments

- Plan regular follow-ups, set-up meetings along with clients on requirement understanding, organizing demos to provide effective RPO solutions.

- Own sales cycle from end to end with an emphasis of short cycle closing

- Develop strong pipeline of business using various methods of business development

- Should have negotiating skills

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Extensive on-line Job Board experience

- Strong closing and planning abilities

- Business commercial awareness

- Sound working knowledge of MS Office packages

- Proven ability to achieve targets under pressure

Qualification:-

- Bachelors in any stream

- 1-8 years experience into Sales or Business Development

- Experience into business development for staffing services/ companies would be an added advantage.

- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
