MB Informatics - Assistant/Deputy Manager - Sales & Service (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
o Sales & Service/Asst./Dy./Manager position is responsible for successfully managing customer Sales & Service orders from quote acceptance through execution to invoicing and cash collection while at the same time meeting company targets.
- Generate new accounts for the organization identified the potential customers for the organization and scheduled the sales calls accordingly.
- Ensure the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of products or services.
- Possess excellent technical knowledge of Applications, suitability and resolution of the issues of the fans.
- You will also be managing all commercial aspects of the Sales & Service projects/AMC including budgets, scope of supply discussions, drawing and reviews, margin performance and risk etc.
- Develop & manage efforts to increase customer confidence and sales-service by focused interactions, weekly and monthly Performance reviews with the customers.
- Maintaining high level of synchronization between Customer-Manufacturing-Supply Chain and Commercials to ensure prompt delivery in accordance with customer needs and standards.
- This position works closely with Management, Operations, Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance and other functional areas within the organization to ensure that the services meets and exceeds customer requirements.
- Meeting HVAC contractors, OEM customer, Consultants, End-users and provide technical solutions to problems.
- Interact with the Client and the internal project/sales managers to ensure timely handovers of projects.
- Analyze Customer needs and identify best product or services.
- Monitor the progress of Projects, participate in inter-departmental meetings to discuss forecasted cost and project margins for those Projects, and be able to explain cost over runs if and when they take place.
- Maintain up-to-date project costs and provide periodic & MIS reports on project status and performance to management and the client, working to budgets and delivering to margin.
- Interact and respond to all aspects of the Zitron Business Management System.
- Review and continually improve current processes in line with project management methodologies.
- Be a change agent of positive change that favorably impacts the customer, company profitability, On Time Delivery (OTD), lead-time, and quality.
- Experience of quality management systems & a commitment to provide customers with a high quality services.
- Regular follow up for payments to customer as per payment terms policy.
Accountabilities :
- Maintain visibility on both internal and external tasks/issues affecting the timely execution of assigned projects.
- Maintain internal systems, controls, and project files as necessary. Assist with logistics functions as necessary.
- Introduce process improvements by working with project management, sales, procurement, logistics, etc.
- Work closely with Proposals, Engineering and Quality functions for guidance on complex and technical issues. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Experiences and Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of experience, having Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a Business, Engineering or related field.
- Relevant Sales & Services business experience with engineered products, as well as services in Industrial and heavy industries. (preferably Ventilation Fans).
- A very good knowledge of Ventilation systems and Process design.
- Experience with supply chain & having established contacts with key vendors of Ventilation system components.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft project schedule (MS Project), maintenance and implementation.
- Familiarity & understanding of applicable specs for Fans, motors, VFD's, Panels & Instruments etc. as well as costing trends as per requirement.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and responsibilities.
- Knowledge and experience of customer and supplier contract management
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and customer issue resolution skills.
- Team Handling Skills, Flexible attitude towards changing priorities.
- Integrity and high moral and ethical standards.
- Able to work independently managing time, schedules and customer interface.
- Problem Solving by choosing a course of action, developing appropriate solutions/ conclusions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Hands on product & application knowledge of the complete Zitron product range.
Desirable skills:
- Experience living or working in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon/ NCR, will be a plus.
