M&B Engineering - Executive - Sales - Proflex (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Introducing product to new customer /consultants
- Identifying market segments / potential clients
- Responsible from attending inquiries to closing sales.
- Arranging Exhibitions and Seminars
- Inquiry generation by visiting architects, structural engineers etc.
- Proper communication, presentation of product to the client
- To follow-up on inquiries received
- Having Commercial Negotiation
- Provide feedback to client & HOD
- If there are any technical queries of client, have to find its solution.
- Site visit for checking feasibility & site correctness after completion of their civil work & before start erection
- Payment recovery
- Send daily reports to HOD, Head Office
- Achieving set targets by maximizing sales.
- Ensure quick & efficient customer service
- To be an effective interface between client and office for any new developments / information.
- To develop and nurture cordial business relations with Architects and Consultants.
