Mazenet Solution - Process Executive - Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Response, diagnosis, resolution and tracking by phone, email, chat and social media of customer support queries.
- Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs.
- Keep high customer satisfaction scores and follow quality standards in 90% of cases.
- Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
- Provide customer facing bug progress summary using available tools and platforms.
- Handle escalations raised by customers and partners.
- Handle consults from the lower tier to assist in case resolution.
- Flexibility to work across multiple rotational shifts/night shifts
- Ability to work in a rich diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and and effective communicator
Eligibility Criteria :
- 2020 &2021&2022& 2023
- Bachelor's Degree Technology/Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Applications /Information Technology(Any graduated)
- Consistent academic record of 60% in 10th, 12th, UG.
- Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond.
- 0-1 year experience candidates.
- Open only to Indian nationals.
- Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Google's ad product.
- Excellent probe problem-solving analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge
