Mayfair - Social Media Operations - Startup (1-5 yrs)
Job Details / Tasks :
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager & team to create a new marketing strategy and come up with growth and community operation strategy
- Design and develop promotional content for articles and newsletters on Facebook and Instagram
- Maintain and update the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
- Build and manage our network of Indian local KOLs/influencers
- India target consumer research
Requirements :
- Ability to deliver well-written content in English and Hindi
- Heavy user of western social media products, a solid understanding of Indian culture, fashion trend and hot topics
- Good experience in social media management
- Have at least two years of experience e-commerce/content/marketing and social media expertise in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
