Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Must have substantial knowledge of online marketplace- Upwork, ODesk, Freelancer and similar spaces. Ability to write RFPs, analysing projects and matching them with given resources
- Bid effectively to create a work pipeline. Achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins
- Should be able to complete sales cycle in the online market place right from bidding to client communication, co-ordination with team, delivery and closure with payment and feedback
- Must be a proactive communicator to keep all the team coordinated and in loop for status update. Should be self-motivated, discplined, sensitive to client demands, strong team player with very professional approach to the work. Knowledge of webdesign and interactive media industry. Additional skills (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP) knowledge is desirable
- Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues
- Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award
Key Requirements :
- Should have good spoken and written English communication. Strategize for Online Market presence, make suitable profiles and implement the go-to-market approach
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Online Bidding
- Complete knowledge of SDLC
- Preferable B.Tech (CSE) or B.SC (IT)
