Maxxcell - Executive - Marketing (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The ideal candidate will be passionate for the - art- of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies.
- He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.
1. Plan and implement an annual marketing plan and regularly update the management team on its progress.
2. Full fill the role of - Brand Guardian- for the company brand.
3. Researching new market opportunities
4. Maintain - leading edge- awareness on market developments, promotions, materials and technology etc.
5. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
6. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
7. Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.
8. Coordinating with the entire Marketing team for smooth functioning of the department.
Note: Work experience is not mandatory for this role, however having experience would be an added advantage. Candidate will be provided with adequate training.
Requirements :
1. Bachelors/Masters in business or marketing or related field.
2. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong multi-tasking and decision-making skills.
5. Strong zeal to learn and ability to adapt to changes.
6. Familiarity with social media and web analytics
