Position Summary :

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and maintain existing accounts within the medical diagnostics sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the center's sales targets and market expansion goals.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Team Management :

- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team objectives.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

3. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

- Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical diagnostics market.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.

5. Sales Operations :

- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.

6. Collaboration :

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.

- Collaborate with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

7. Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

- Use data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
