Maxis Clinical - Area Sales Manager (5-12 yrs)
Sales Strategy Development:-
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the center's sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. - Team Management:-
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
3. - Client Relationship Management:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. - Business Development:-
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical diagnostics market.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
5. - Sales Operations:-
- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Ensure acurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
