We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates/post-graduates to join our sales team as Sales Manager - Primary Residential Real Estate Markets. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build their career in real estate sales and marketing with a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Interaction:

- Build relationships with potential buyers and understand their property requirements.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs to showcase offerings.

- Sales and Marketing:

- Proactively reach out to leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure property listings are effectively promoted.

- Negotiation and Closing:

- Guide clients through the buying process, addressing concerns and providing solutions.

- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

- Market Research:

- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to provide clients with the best advice.

- Reporting:

- Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

- Share regular updates with the sales leader on leads, site visits, and closures.
