Max Retail - Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager (5-15 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Target Achievement
- Responsible for achievement of set Sales target for the store Responsible for achievement of all store KPI targets
Customer Service
- Ensure all staff and managers follow Meet, Greet and Direct Ensure staff and managers proactively resolve customers queries / complaints
Stock Management & Controls
- Ensure timely receipt of allocated stock Ensure all measures are taken to control shrinkage
- Ensure GC/PI calendar is followed
Marketing & Promotions :
- Ensure all marketing & promotional activities are executed as per timelines
- Ensure that the Visual merchandising and planogram guidelines are followed Ensure growth of TIC contribution
Staff Management :
- Ensure all employees are inducted within the timelines as per career passport
- Ensure staff retention and engagement is high through motivation, coaching and guiding
- Ensure staff productivity is maintained as per targets set
- Responsible for organizing tasks and managing work schedules and attendance efficiently
- Responsible for providing training to staff members as per the Career Passport
- Ensure Career passports for all the employees are updated
Administration :
- Ensure all staff / store facilities are as per norms
- Ensure coordination with third party agencies for housekeeping and security staff
- Ensure the store achieves audit ratings as per the norms
- Ensure action plans are executed based on mystery audit findings
- Ensure adherence to MAX standards and SOP
