Cluster Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities :

VM Standards Execution :

- Understand the VM manual and work with the store teams to ensure adherence to the VM manual guidelines

- Guide the store teams and execute all the required seasonal VM dockets

- Understand and execute window and focal point VM guidelines at all times

- Conduct audit on the quantity, quality and standards of non - trading and visual props as per the VM standards

- Provide feedback on availability of merchandise to the Regional VM Manager and Store Manager (with respect to VM planogram guidelines)

- Provide recommendations for display of merchandise (in case of shortfall of options or SMS) and report back on the execution of the same to the Regional VM Manager (RVM)

- Participate in planogram reviews and implement corrective actions based on feedback

- Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys for VM trends and ideas to improve customer conversions and share the same

- Track the ROS and make required changes to merchandise display in consultation with the Regional VM Manager

- Ensure the formats and placements of signagaes are in accordance with the defined seasonal dockets

- Provide new VM ideas for regional festivals and promotions

- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute promotional activities as per defined guidelines

VM Process Adherence :

- Track the basket size for the entire store and provide VM based solutions for improving the basket size

- Perform audit on quantity and quality of mannequins and share the results for necessary actions to be taken

- Prepare and submit the store visit reports as per the defined process and timelines

- Work with the store teams to ensure consistency in implementing VM standards across stores

- Change the styling for windows, focal points and props as per defined timelines

- Provide estimates for expenses and take approvals on the same (prior to implementing VM activities)

- Monitor and maintain an MIS for all VM expenses at stores in the defined formats

- Participate in training the store operations team on VM display standards and merchandise display standards

New Store Opening :

- Participate in competition analysis prior to new store opening

- Execute the new store visual and VM plan

- Provide all required support to ensure store readiness from a VM perspective

- Ensure adherence to the Gantt Chart

Vendor Management :

- Track vendor performance as per timelines and expected quality standards

- Provide inputs for vendor identification

- Process vendor bills as per defined SOPs an SLAs
