- Build and groom yourself to Outbid the best of the of customer support offered by competition with large multinational operating in the same path
- Independently manage and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction for multiple large enterprise clients & SME's.

Job Description :
- Client Training
- Client Presentations
- Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions.
- Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
- Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Marketing & the Management
- Coordinate with Client to understand the requirements for Auctions
- Have to prepare final reports of auction savings and bidders
Skills Required :
Weightage - Description
20 - Excellent Communication skills (In terms of verbal & written for client & Internal communication)
20 - Client handling
20 - Good command on Ms Office
15 - Strong relationship management skills
10 - Basic Understanding of E-Auctions would be preferable
10 - High Maturity & Patience level
