Key Responsibilities :
- Find potential clients through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales across the services.
- Perform client research, pulling client information, formatting proposals, under direction.
- Create a funnel for the potential clients and study the market space for the required services.
- Describe services offered by MavensWorld and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed.
Education, Experience, & Skills :
- A bachelor's degree or a higher qualification, ideally in Management, Sales & marketing, Engineering (Tier1 Colleges preferred).
- Must be confident with data, strategic analysis, and business reporting.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills.
- Ability to build excellent client relationships.
- Ability to look at the bigger picture as well as have a keen eye for detail.
- Creative and resolutive approach to problem-solving.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to learn about new businesses, sector trends and solutions.
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel.
