Job Description :
- Education Industry Experience Mandatory. Looking for candidates based out of Bangalore currently.
New Customer Acquisition:
- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels through outbound calling and email interactions.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives ( Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)
Operations and Reporting :
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned programs
- Updating/Maintaining MIS reports
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Any Graduate with min.1+ years of experience in Online sales and proven track record of sales target achievements. MBA will be added advantage
2. Excellent communication skills in English.
3. Consultative Sales Skills and Convincing skills.
4. Good in Excel (Mandatory) & preparing MIS reports. Experience with CRM would be preferred.
5. Experience in Counselling/Tele Sales/Inside Sales in training companies or educational institutes
6. Speaking regional languages like Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi would be an added advantage.
7. Interest in the Education Sector preferred.
