Key Deliverables
- Responsible for achieving Primary and secondary sales and outstanding collection from distributors in the assigned region
- Managing distributors network and develop the channel by adding new distributors.
- Coordinating information flow between the Retailers, distributors and the company.
- Collaborating marketing activities (BTL) in the region as per the corporate marketing team's guidelines.
- Monitoring necessary requirement of VM/fixtures/display/ signage's at prominent location giving better visibility and mileage @ stores.
- Leading a team of 5 ISO (Distributor sales team)
- Exploring new opportunity / channel (institutional sales, exhibition, corporate deals) for delivering additional growth
