Matrix Marketers - Junior Inside Sales Role (0-1 yrs)
Job Description:
As an outbound sales representative, your primary role is to proactively reach out to potential customers to promote our services, the position requires you to be personable and persuasive in order to identify the needs of the customer while setting appointments and generating sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Set appointments or close deals with clients.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating client's value proposition
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
- Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
- Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems.
- Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
- Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.
- Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
- Staying informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations efficient lead management and reporting.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and cold calling skills, with a confident
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Must be a team player with hands on experience in team management.
- Must have proactive approach towards the sales process.
Experience: Freshers to 6 months
Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
