Job Summary :
- Looking for a BDE - Outbound (LinkedIn) for our organization, who will be responsible for expanding our client base and establishing valuable connections in the IT
Required Skill Sets :
1. Proven track record of successful lead generation through LinkedIn.
2. Experience in drafting personalized message that gives a complete idea to potential clients about the services.
3. Confident enough to do international Client Communication.
4. Excellent expertise in leading Sales for projects for IT Services for Mobile, Web, and Digital Marketing, SEO, and online branding projects.
5. Good working experience in client follow-up.
6. Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
7. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
8. Upselling and cross-selling skills
9. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
10. Must have good interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Employ innovative strategies to identify and connect with key decision- makers, stakeholders, and potential clients within the IT sector, specifically targeting mobile and web development needs.
2. Responsible for maintaining regular communication with prospects to build trust and keep them engaged in the sales process. Follow up on meetings or calls to provide additional information or answer any questions they may have.
3. Should utilize the LinkedIn platform to source and generate high-quality leads, developing a robust pipeline of prospective clients interested in our services.
4. Will be responsible for crafting compelling and personalized messages that resonate with potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of our mobile and web development solutions.
5. Should nurture relationships with leads by providing valuable insights, information, and industry trends, positioning our company as a thought leader and reliable partner.
6. Qualify leads based on their requirements, budgets, and project timelines, ensuring that only the most relevant and promising prospects are pursued.
7. Have to collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business objectives, sharing valuable insights and feedback from the market.
8. Will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and engagements within our CRM system.
9. Must be able to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, optimizing approaches based on key performance indicators and feedback.
