Brief Description about the role :
You would be responsible for handling a team of 10-13 outbound Telemarketing Executive with approx 10- 11 lacs revenue target as monthly.
To ensure team is motivated to convert daily leads to revenue as per the target.
To ensure the Team Attrition is under control

Key Deliverable Responsible for team handling for 10 -20 agent and revenue of 10 12 lacs monthly.
Responsible for controlled Attrition.
To ensure team members are productive and able to convert daily leads to numbers/revenue.
Handling team issues, managing data, daily team review & feedback sharing.
Responsible for expanding month on month branch revenue target by meeting self target.
Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity
Controlling attrition
Segregating and assigning leads across the executives
Ensuring that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved
Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentives
Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills
Good Leadership / Supervisory Skills
