Department Overview :

- One-stop solution for all wedding requirements, Wedding Bazaar is India's first and largest marketplace with over 17,000 wedding service providers across various categories. The customer will find everything he/she needs to plan a perfect wedding, right from Caterers, Decorators, Bridal Make-up, Photography, Apparel, Jewellery, and Travel Package etc.

Role Overview :

- The individual handling this role would be responsible for Ad Sales for Wedding Bazaar, Mandap & matrimony apps to drive independent self sales and also work along with all the state heads to drive sales and execution of the business. Responsibility to expand the business across the Country for key verticals

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand the demand patterns and work with hub/region/state/Country to generate the right demand

- Design and execute sales strategies across the Key verticals (like jewellery, Wedding wear, mandap) to increase ad revenues on both WeddingBazaar.com and Mandap.com

- Achieve sales targets by ad sales on Wedding Bazaar.com and mandap.com, on a month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter basis consistently.

- Design and execute conversion strategies to drive continuous monetization of our customer base, and bundling them with subscription, online ad sales & social media to both identified vendors & thru open market source

- Design and execute pricing strategies to improve the ARPU across our paid customer base (by bundling assets)

- Design & execute social media revenue for all the available social media platforms (insta page for both wedding bazaar and fashion page)

- Design and execute effective account-mining strategies to grow business from the active paid customer base

- Coordinate and collaborate with all the state heads and their teams across the country and help them bundle the packages, create social media pitch and packages and enable them to monetize ad sales revenues

- Drive continuous improvement in customer-relationship management, customer satisfaction rates and drive increase in paid customer renewals

- Develop proposals for new business avenues, new plans, services, technology upgradation, longer term strategic tie-ups with vendors

- Coordinate with the brand team for inbound RFI/RFP and effectively manage the inbound query revenues

- Coordinate with external (3rd party) agency for execution of online and ad sales and create trackers, share the metrics with key stakeholders both inside and outside

Skill and Competencies :

- Should have worked in ad sales & social media with strong revenue-oriented/Sales roles

- Experience & knowledge in ad sales and social media platforms

- Extensive experience in B2B/corporate/institutional/enterprise sales

- Experience in Creating, developing, enhancing, and executing a comprehensive sales strategy in ad sales & social media

- Strategic thinking for channelling various streams of business

- Ability to create right sales packages, pitches for both ad sales & social media

- Ability to manage all state heads and ideate for their clients for sales improvement

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree and full time MBA.

- Candidates should have experience of 4 to 6 years in managing ad sales & social media sales, preferably from E-Commerce & Consumer Internet Space domains with hard core B2B/Corporate/Enterprise sales.
