Roles and Responsibilities :
- Calling to prospect customer of Bharat matrimony and convinced them to comes to a paid membership.
- Brief about the product and features of Bharat Matrimony.
- Renew the validity expire customer.
- Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages.
Required Candidate profile
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good communication skills in Gujarati.
- Minimum 12th passed qualification require.
- Any outbound sales or telesales experience.
- 09:30 am to 06:30 pm shift.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling skill.
