Designation : Executive / Senior Relationship Manager Assisted Service

Brief Description about the role : The candidate will be responsible for Marketing, Business Development, and Service Operations of Customer Segment for the Region.

Assisted Services is a personalized matchmaking service offering assistance to busy professionals or people who need assistance in their partner search. We have efficient Relationship Managers who find joy and pride in helping our members find their soul mates.

The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects into Sales and assisting them in finding suitable partners.

In-house Sales & Service portfolio

Understanding the customer requirement accurately

Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.

Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them

Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.

Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up

Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)

Who are we looking for :

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about their jobs and looking to add value to the organization they are working for.

Desired candidate profile :

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Corporate sales / Business development / Space Selling/ Ad sales / Realty sales

- Should be an achiever with willingness to take on challenging targets & build the business

- A great Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to build teams.

- Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements

- Highly energetic, savvy, professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals and should have made a significant business impact / transformation in the previous assignments.

- Excellent verbal & written communication, fluency in the regional language, pro-activeness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.

- SALARY : As per experience and communication

- Job Location : Chennai
