Masterstrokeonline - Executive - Sales & Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Establish marketing strategies for the brand.
- Manage a sales team. Direct prospects to team when needed.
- Call or meet potential and existing clients to inform them about services.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Meeting individual targets and team targets by guiding and supporting the team members.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to Prospects.
- Good knowledge of English, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection, capable of working under pressure and meeting sales targets.
- Sound knowledge in technology
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address
Education: Graduate, preferably in marketing, Post Graduation is an added advantage.
Work Experience: 5-7 years in BFSI, Professional experience selling in B2B environment.
Location : Mumbai
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Role will be target driven. Base + Performance Bonus based on targets achieved.
