Role Description :


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be crucial in expanding our student clientele, maintaining relationships, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a passion for education, a strong understanding of global university environments, and an aptitude for sales.

Responsibilities :

1) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company's objectives and revenue targets.

2) Handle inquiries from prospective students; provide comprehensive consultations on study abroad options, application processes, and requirements.

3) Build long-lasting relationships with students, offering personalized and continuous support.

4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and implement sales initiatives.

5) Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the global education sector.

6) Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

7) Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.

8) Assist in developing sales training materials and training sales teams.

9) Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in global education to provide current and accurate advice to students.

Qualifications :


1) Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

2) Proven sales experience, preferably within the education sector or study abroad programs.

3) Knowledge of popular study-abroad destinations' application processes, visa requirements, and educational systems.

4) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5) Comfortable presenting to individuals and large groups.

6) High level of integrity and commitment to student success.

7) Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

8) Ability to travel as needed.

9) Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
