Job Description - Business Development Head
1. Involved in direct sales calls for student enrollment for a given target.
2. Research and implement offline marketing campaigns - Campus Ambassador Program, Offline/Virtual Counselling Session Program to a given target.
3. Help the team in operations of the company and coordinate with the IT team.
4. Track progress of customer feedback, customer's operations, and markets demands and competition with the team.
5. Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, and lead teams in the future.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's from a top university or experience in edtech industry preferred.
2. Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales or business development roles.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
4. Prior experience in sales/knowledge about sales tools.
5. Problem-solving- good aptitude and stakeholder management skills.
