Job Description:

MastersBuddy is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate & Content Strategist to join our team. You will work closely with our marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our website and social media channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, etc.

2. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.

3. Create and manage a content calendar that ensures a steady flow of high-quality content across all channels.

4. Write, edit, and proofread content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and more.

5. Conduct research and analyze data to identify industry trends, opportunities, and best practices.

6. Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of campaigns and content and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversions.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy.

2. Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, etc.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.

4. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

5. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools and techniques like Facebook Ads Manager.

6. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
