Masters Union - Social Media Lead (4-10 yrs)

About the role :
- The Social Media Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence, grow our community, and promote our brand across multiple platforms.
- As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging content and drive meaningful interactions with our audience. You will also play a pivotal role in building brand awareness.
What you will do :
- Social Media Strategy & Planning: Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and community building. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals, vision, and target audience.
- Content Creation & Curation: Lead content creation, collaborating with internal teams (design, content, video) to produce high-quality, engaging posts that resonate with the target audience. Oversee the content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Community Management & Engagement: Build, engage, and nurture an active and passionate online community of learners, educators, and influencers. Track conversations and trends within the education and tech space, engaging in relevant discussions and positioning the brand as an authority in the field.
- Social Media Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure key social media metrics and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
- Brand Voice & Identity: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's values and mission.
Ideal candidates have :
1. 5-7 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mid-senior role.
2. Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and video production (basic editing skills preferred)
3. Proficient in social media analytics tools & platforms
Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign management
4. Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
