Masters Union - Placement Expert (2-10 yrs)
1. Become a career expert for online students at Master's Union
2. To create awareness about industry expectations and motivate students on various aspects such as attending interviews, accepting offers and joining
3. Accountable for placements of allocated students (100+)
4. Arrange Interviews for students after receiving requirements from the center manager
5. Deeply engage with your students ensuring they follow daily career tasks
6. Ensure maximum application from students on the job openings published
7. Ensure the full preparedness of the student for the interview
8. Liaison with the curriculum team, placement team and students, ensuring student success
9. Taking follow-up of students on the day of the Interview
10. Scout for relevant job openings for students on Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed and other job portals
11. Motivate students to apply for all the relevant job openings on various websites
12. To conduct briefing sessions to make students well prepared and well aware of the job profile, company, prospects etc., before every campus process.
