Masters Union - Manager - Inside Sales/Admissions Counselor (1-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience of Min 1 year in E - Learning Industry is Mandatory
- Providing counselling sessions to advise the student and their parents about their learning needs
- Scheduling appointments and conducting online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions.
- Understanding customer profile & problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods.
- Creating the need for smart learning and advising student-parent to subscribe to solutions.
- Handling objections and negotiating prices to generate sales revenue.
- Continuously upgrading product knowledge and sales skills to exceed growing sales target
- Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly revenue
- Build a strong pipeline and should be consistent on sales
- Perform effective online and offline demos to prospect
Requirements :
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Knowledge in E - Learning from K -12 to working professional courses
- Experience working with sales tools - CRM
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
- You have an understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
- You are enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly to achieve and exceed business targets.
- You thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.
- You have outstanding communication skills in English and the regional language in order to interact with the target pool of clients
- You are confident and have strong presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Educational qualification - UG / PG
