Position Location & Experience-

Noida, 2-5 years in Inside Sales

Primary Purpose :

Looking for Inside Sales person who has a track record of success in selling SAS based selling to Mid-Market & Enterprise segment across Industry verticals. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with respective BDM as a team generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities :

- Get new opportunities through cold calling using database, inbound leads follow up and outbound cold calls and email campaigns.

- Target oriented, self-driven and consistent to achieve the set target for opportunity to be generated.

- Work on Marketing generated leads like: Event, seminars, website and leads from social media.

- Must have knowledge on different tools available on internet to reach to the right decision maker.

- Understand customers- needs and requirement over the phone and work with the mapped sales person as a team and give coverage to sales person on field.

- Setting new appointments, arranging demo's as well as creating pipeline of opportunities.

- Should have

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Should be comfortable in speaking to key decision makers like: CFO, CIO Accounts Head, IT Director.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Key Requirements :

- Proven inside sales experience in IT SAS Sales.

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day to achieve weekly, Month goals.

- Proficient with corporate productivity.

- Experience working with CRM

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary : Upto 30k
