Masters India - Account Manager/Senior Customer Support Engineer (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns
- Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions
- Engage with minimum 15-20 customers per day and follow up with all prospects within two days
Skills
- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science)/MCA required.
- 1+ years experience in account management.
- Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities.
- Able to meet the SLA.
- Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to anticipate customers- needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
- Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to co ordinate with Development Team to resolve customer problems.
- Knowledge of any one programming language preferrably PHP and C/C++.
- Experience in Team Handling.
