Master O - Content Writer (1-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and design microlearning content that is developed for a mobile-first user experience
- Ensure high fidelity content in terms of readability, design, comprehension
- Establish a content development process that leverages the collective strengths of all stakeholders - Subject Experts, Content creators, designers, and engineering teams.
- Ensure easy process to contextualize any off-the-shelf content with a clear SOP
- Instructional Designing
Qualifications :
- Candidates with 1+ years of experience, preferably in mobile content development and instructional design
- Experienced in any content management systems and content authoring tools for creating multimedia content (interactive videos, sound, audio, images, etc.)
- Quick understanding of various topics such as sales training/selling skills, customer service, personal productivity, leadership/management essentials and technical/product knowledge in fields such as banking, insurance, financial services, among others
- Work experience in a SaaS-based product company in the B2B space is preferred.
